The gold mines of the Wild West are the setting of Gold Strike, a new title in the Leander portfolio that promises to give players a wild ride as they spin their ways to big wins.
The great big symbols in this five-reel, three-row game include card symbols ten, jack, queen, king, and ace, plus a Wild sheriff's star badge, dueling revolvers, sticks of dynamite, and the Gold Strike logo. There are twenty pay lines, numbered on the side of the reel grid on freshly minted bullets.
During regular play, when the winning symbols stick, they're more like "locked" in that they're stuck behind bars in the local jail. it's a fun touch that we loved.
The dynamite sticks are the scatter in this game. From three to five sticks triggers it. But with six or more, there is the Tin Can Alley bonus. Choose a can, and reveal your multiplier. You can also reveal an additional bonus game called Lucky Strike. As long as you keep finding them, you will be eligible for the Gold Mine bonus game.
In the Gold Mine game, set off a TNT explosion and win a cash prize. And just in case that's not enough bonus games for you, any win will trigger an optional Gamble bonus. It's your basic chose-a-card game, but the great thing about it is that if you're feeling like you want to push your luck but you don't want to lose, you can always bank half of your bonus round winnings and then keep playing.
Wow, there are so many bonus games in this, you're sure to never be bored. It's not for slot purists, but with so many ways to win, it's a fantastic way to spend your gambling time.
